Where is your cloud GPU service provided from?
We are proud to be Europe’s first and largest dedicated Generative AI Cloud Service Provider headquartered in Dublin, Ireland. Our cloud GPU service is provided exclusively from within the EU with data centers in Norway and Sweden. All data is stored and processed in region – a true-sovereign cloud.
How sustainable are your data centers?
We always use 100% carbon-free energy in our data centers. We engineer them for efficiency too, guaranteeing PUEs of 1.15 or less. You can use our services with the confidence that your Scope 3 emissions will be kept to an absolute minimum.
Is my data secure with Taiga Cloud?
We take data security and privacy seriously. Our cloud uses a range of solutions and best-in-class encryption to safeguard data from unauthorized access.
What is the right GPU for me?
We offer a range of GPUs that are suited to specific use cases. This includes the latest NVIDIA H100 Cloud GPUs for industry-leading conversational AI, AI-aided design for the manufacturing and automotive industries and advanced medical research & scientific discoveries, NVIDIA A100 Cloud GPUs for deep learning training, deep learning inferencing and high-performance data analytics and NVIDIA RTX™ A6000 GPUs for graphics and simulation workflows, photorealistic rendering, CAD and CAE as well as AI Model training and data science. How do I connect to the GPU cloud environment?
Once you successfully create your account and select resources, you will be supplied with an SSH key to connect to the Linux boot environment. From there, you can seamlessly spin up and down your compute power.
How quickly will my GPU resources be available?
Our A6000s will typically be available within 10 seconds or less after the creation of your Virtual Machine (VM). Our A100s and H100s are available within 10 minutes.
Can I have a static IP address?
Yes, you can.
How do I contact support if I need help using the GPU cloud environment?
You can issue a ticket either via web or by raising a mail to our cloud support team via: cloud-support@taigacloud.com. Our support team will answer any questions on setup, configuration, troubleshooting and optimization as quickly and efficiently as possible.
How much do you charge for bandwidth?
We do not charge for inbound and outbound data transfer. Our network is designed from the ground up to be non-blocking with DE-CIX access. Taiga Cloud is offering an all-inclusive package with no hidden costs.
Is there a minimum commitment?
As part of our mission to democratize access to high-performance compute capacity, we welcome businesses of all sizes to use our services. Whether you’re a researcher in life sciences or an automotive manufacturer testing with digital twins. Usage gets metered in single hour increments, so your VM will be accessible for at least one hour.
What happens if I reserve GPU resource(s), but don’t use it? Will I still be charged?
Your GPU resources will be available immediately once you complete the creation of your VM. You will be billed for each hour your VM is active.
Can I reserve resources for multiple months or even years?
If you’d like to reserve resources for a longer period than 1 month, contact us and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible to discuss your options.
What if my project needs more than the maximum GPU resources currently offered in the platform?
We have almost unlimited resources available. You can discuss your specific needs with the team here.
